Project Description

667 S. Santa Fe Ave

The Zackary Brothers have recently expanded into the Arts District near downtown Los Angeles.  Many of the industrial buildings that had previously been abandoned in this part of Los Angeles are now home to an ever expanding group of artists and companies who work in LA’s creative industries.  The Arts District is now one of the “hottest” districts in Los Angeles.

This warehouse/flex space building on 667 S. Santa Fe Ave was originally constructed in 1996.  It has 35,470 square feet of space, 31 foot ceilings and a second floor balcony and production area inside.  The building is in the process of being refurbished, upgraded and rented out.  Nearby tenants include Church and State, Urban Radish, AMP Lofts and Soho House.
