Project Description

650 S. Santa Fe Ave

The Zackary Brothers have recently expanded into the Arts District near downtown Los Angeles.  Many of the industrial buildings that had previously been abandoned in this part of Los Angeles are now home to an expanding group of artists and companies who work in LA’s creative industries.  The Arts District is now one of the “hottest” districts in Los Angeles.

In January, 2015, the Zackary Brothers purchased this vintage brick building on 650 S. Santa Fe Ave.  Originally built in 1920 on a 28,000 square foot lot, this 14,760 square foot building is in the process of being refurbished, upgraded and rented out.  Nearby tenants include Church and State, Urban Radish, AMP Lofts and Soho House.
